KPTS Team at Lean Summit 2025: Inspiration, Ideas, and New Approaches
We, the team of LLC “KYIVPROMTECHSERVICE” (KPTS), had a wonderful opportunity to attend Lean Summit 2025, held in October in Kyiv under the motto “The Future is Created by People.”
This two-day summit, organized by Lean Institute Ukraine, brought together hundreds of participants — executives, consultants, and production specialists implementing the lean approach in their companies.
Why We Decided to Attend?
Lean Summit is more than just a conference. It’s a platform where you can see how Ukrainian companies are truly transforming — improving their processes, mindset, and corporate culture.
We came there to learn, get inspired, and understand how to make our processes at KPTS more efficient and our team even stronger.
How It Went?
Over two days, we immersed ourselves in the world of lean practices:
- listened to talks by leading experts,
- participated in simulation games,
- discussed real case studies from Ukrainian companies,
- and networked with colleagues from various industries — from manufacturing to IT.
The key idea we took away: lean is about people. The team is the driving force of change. When every employee is engaged, sees the goal, and takes responsibility for the result — that’s when real efficiency emerges.
What Impressed Us Most?
- 5S practice — a simple yet powerful tool for workplace organization.
- A3 method — a structured approach to problem-solving that helps analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Visual management — we saw how process visibility helps teams respond faster to deviations.
- Culture of continuous improvement — lean doesn’t end with implementing tools; it’s a mindset that builds a strong organization.
Conclusion
Lean Summit 2025 became a source of inspiration, new knowledge, and valuable connections for us.
We thank the organizers for the great atmosphere and all the speakers for their openness and willingness to share their experience.
There’s much work ahead, but we returned with a clear understanding: the future is truly created by people.
And our team is already on that path.
